Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your order and feel confident shopping with us. Please check your size and delivery address carefully before placing your order.

If you need to return an item, please use the Royal Mail Returns Portal and follow the Return Form included inside your parcel. This helps us match your return to your order and process it correctly.

Start A Return

To start a return, please use the Royal Mail Returns Portal:

Search for 'WLH London Limited' and follow the instructions shown.

You will need the Royal Mail Paperwork and Return Form included inside your parcel.

Your Order Reference Number (Channel Ref Number) is shown on your Royal Mail Paperwork below the Order Number.

 

Please use this number when the Royal Mail Returns Portal asks for your Order Reference.

Return Eligibility

All returned items are checked when they arrive back with us.

To qualify for a refund, eligible items must be returned:

  • Unworn And Unwashed

  • In Their Original Packaging

  • With All Labels And Tags Attached

  • Free From Marks, Odours, Pet Hair, Deodorant, Makeup, Creams Or Perfume

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item is returned in a condition that is not suitable for resale.

Underwear Hygiene Notice

For hygiene reasons, women’s and men’s underwear, including knickers, briefs and boxers, can only be returned if the packaging hygiene seal is unopened and intact.

If the hygiene seal has been opened, broken, removed or tampered with, the item cannot be returned unless it is faulty or incorrect.

Return Timeframes

You must start your return within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be received back with us within 28 days of purchase.

Returns received outside these timeframes may be refused.

Return Postage

Returns are free through the Royal Mail Returns Portal.

Please create your free return label or QR code through the portal so your return can be tracked and matched to your order correctly.

Refunds

Once your return is received, we will check the item and confirm whether it meets our Returns & Refunds Policy.

If accepted, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receipt and inspection.

 

Your bank or card provider may take additional time to show the funds in your account.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return the original item, if eligible, for a refund and place a new order.
